Rosemary, I think you’re right. Often we waste valuable hours in pursuit of something we think we need, but short-change ourselves on the things that would bring us the greatest inner joy. I wish you the best in your creative and spiritual journey this fall!

I think this topic of time management is somehow on everyone’s mind right now as we enter fall and head for a busy holiday season. I know I’m feeling a certain dissatisfaction with how I allocate time, how I’m not setting aside enough time for connecting with nature or a positive spiritual presence in my life, and I’d like to get back to creating art more regularly instead of wasting hours with social media for a questionable return to my business. Maybe fall is just the right time to slow the pace, take a deep breath, and reevaluate. Thanks for the reminder!
