A Training Break

It’s always important to give your body a rest.  Felice of “The Happy Runner” talks about this very subject after a disappointing 5K race.  She’s taking time to play with her kids, go out apple picking, and is reading “Fit Soul, Fit Body” by Mark Allen and Brant Secunda.
